Payment

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards. Your credit card will not be charged until the order is ready for shipping.

We verify the shipping address with cardholder's bank record. If your order is shipped to the address different from billing address, you may be contacted by a Alltreats representative for further verification. Please always provide your address and phone number that match the records of your credit card issuing bank to expedite the ordering process.

Sales Tax

No sales tax is applied on the orders shipped outside of Texas & California. However, Texas & California residents will pay 8.25% sales tax.

Shipping

All confirmed orders are usually processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). If the order is out of stock, you will be notified within 24 hours. It takes 2 to 7 business day for your order to arrive on ground shipping. A tracking number will be send to you by email as soon as your order is shipped.

You have options to select different shipping methods at the time you place order. The ground shipping is limited to the residents of continental United States. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, the shipping methods are restricted in air (2nd day or next day). Currently, we do not accept the orders out of the United States.

Terms and Conditions

1. All claims of discrepancy regarding quantity, price or other conditions must be made within one business day from date merchandise was received.
2. No refunds are granted on all merchandise purchased. Return for exchange is available within 30 days from date merchandise was recieved.
3. All return merchandises for exchange must be received with complete original package.
4. All return merchandises must be shipped by freight prepaid.
5. Shipping, insurance and delivery charges are non-refundable once performed.
6. No merchandise can be return without authorization. A copy of invoice and authorization number must be furnished.
7. 20% restocking charge on all return.
